June: The Month of Introspection

When I started this blog, I had no intention of it becoming anything more than my space to talk about, well, me.  This space is my journal, in a sense, where I write through my pain, happiness, confusion, and clarity .  I have discovered parts of myself that I didn't realize existed since starting this blog and I find that I am feeling more whole as this process repeats over and over again.

Since January, I have been in a very dark place.  It has taken an excessive amount of work to figure out what was going on, why, and how I could change directions.  This, naturally,  led to some difficult and important self discoveries that I need to document before they slip away.

I would also like to regain my blogging momentum by writing regularly.  Thus, I have declared June my month of introspection in which I will write daily about things I've learned, discovered, and changed over the past five months. The topics will vary; some will be in series (I have a difficult one I am still working on and will hopefully have up by next week), others in single posts.

I hope that you will join me as I lay bare my soul.  And, please, share your own discoveries throughout the month.

  1. Your introspection has a tendency to be contagious, Amber. And that's a very good thing - for us.

Look forward to reading you, as always.
